Shopping Mall Tycoon

Shopping Mall Tycoon (ห้างสรรพสินค้าในฝัน) is a casual mall-management game for Android published by ARK Studio. Players start with a small mini mart, stock shelves, serve shoppers at the register, hire staff and grow a four-floor mall of 19 stores. The game is built with HTML5/WebGL (Phaser), runs inside an Android WebView, and is distributed on Google Play.

Shopping Mall Tycoon (ห้างสรรพสินค้าในฝัน) เป็นเกมบริหารห้างแบบเล่นง่ายบน Android พัฒนาโดย ARK Studio ผู้เล่นเริ่มจากมินิมาร์ทเล็กๆ เติมสินค้า คิดเงินลูกค้า จ้างพนักงาน และขยายเป็นห้าง 4 ชั้น 19 ร้าน ตัวเกมพัฒนาด้วย HTML5/WebGL (Phaser) ทำงานภายใน WebView ของ Android และเผยแพร่บน Google Play

• Game save (on-device): your mall's progress (money, stores, staff, upgrades, goals, achievements) and two settings (language, sound on/off). No personal identifiers attached.
• Cloud save (optional, only if you sign in): the user ID that Google or Facebook issues to our app for your account, a copy of your game save, when it was saved, and a short summary of it (total earned, cash, number of stores). We do not receive or keep your name, email address, profile picture, friends list or IP address.
• Advertising & device data: advertising ID and basic device/app info, collected automatically by Google AdMob when you choose to watch a rewarded ad, to serve, and where consented, personalize and measure ads.

The game saves itself automatically every 2 minutes and whenever the app goes to the background, writing to local storage (key smt_save_v1) and to the browser database (IndexedDB shopping-mall-tycoon) inside the app on your device. Google AdMob's SDK collects advertising data directly and automatically when the game requests a rewarded ad; we never see or handle that data ourselves.

In the Android app the save is also written to the app's private storage, so it survives the phone clearing web storage when space runs low. Cloud save starts only when you tap "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Facebook" (title screen → Settings → Account binding). Google or Facebook signs you in and gives the game a one-time token; our server checks that token with Google or Facebook, keeps only the user ID, and does not store the token. While you are signed in, the game uploads your save over HTTPS to our server (ark-studio.co.th) at most once a minute and when the app goes to the background.

• To keep your mall exactly as you left it between sessions.
• To remember your language and sound settings.
• If you sign in: to keep a copy of your mall on our server and bring it back on a new phone, after a reinstall, or if the phone clears its storage.
• To show an optional rewarded ad when you tap a "Watch ad" button, and to give you its reward (§06).

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Third parties involved: Google — via AdMob, Google Play services, the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for ad consent (§06), and Sign in with Google if you choose it — governed by Google's privacy policy; and Meta, only if you choose Sign in with Facebook, governed by Meta's privacy policy. Cloud saves are stored on servers we rent from our web-hosting provider in Thailand, who processes them only on our behalf. We may disclose information only if required by law.

Shopping Mall Tycoon shows rewarded video ads only, served by Google AdMob. There are no banner and no interstitial ads, and an ad never plays by itself: it starts only when you tap a "Watch ad" button. Rewards include twice the shoppers or twice the income for 10 minutes, a cash gift, a celebrity shopping visit, extra cash from a lucky gift box, temporary cleaners, ending a bad mall event early, or progress toward hiring a star staff member. Closing an ad before the end simply gives no reward. For users in the EEA and UK, a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form is presented before any personalized ads are shown. Users can manage ad personalization at any time via their device's Google Settings → Ads.

The app requests only one permission: INTERNET — needed to load and show ads and, if you sign in, for the cloud save. The game itself plays offline. It never requests camera, microphone, location, contacts, or file-storage permissions.

If you never sign in, your game data stays only on your device and is never sent to us; it is deleted when you clear the app's storage, uninstall it, or choose "Reset" in the in-game upgrades window. If you sign in, your cloud save is kept on our server until you delete your account (§09); deleting it there is immediate and permanent. Data travels only over HTTPS. Sign-in sessions are random tokens stored only in hashed form and expire after 180 days. To stop abuse, the server counts requests per connection using a salted, one-way hash of the IP address (never the address itself), kept for at most 24 hours.

• Delete your account and cloud saves: in the game, title screen → Settings → Account binding → Delete account; or on the web at ark-studio.co.th/shoppingmalltycoon/delete-account.html (sign in with the same Google or Facebook account, then delete). Deletion is immediate and covers your user ID, every cloud save and all sign-in sessions.
• Delete the data on your phone: Android Settings → Apps → Shopping Mall Tycoon → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
• Withdraw ad consent: device Settings → Google → Ads.
• Access or questions: the Account binding window in the game shows what is stored (save time, stores, total earned). For anything else, contact the developer (§12).

Shopping Mall Tycoon's content is general-audience casual entertainment and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad requests identified as coming from users under the applicable age of consent are treated as non-personalized, in line with Google's child-directed advertising requirements.
