ARK Studio ("we", "us") develops Sacred Number (คู่กายสายมู) for Android (the "App") — an entertainment app for drawing sacred/lucky numbers (2-digit, 3-digit, and a 6-digit incense draw), dream interpretation, daily fortune-telling (เซียมซี), and a collection of Buddhist chants and mantras. The App is intended for entertainment only and does not endorse or facilitate any form of gambling.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is disclosed when you use the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described here.

The App has no sign-up or login, and never asks for your name, date of birth, gender, or any other personal detail. The only data involved in running the App and serving ads is the following:

Note: The App has no in-app purchases, no notifications, and no payment or card details are ever collected. Its only source of revenue is advertising through Google AdMob.

• Automatic, on-device — when you adjust the chant text size, set a chant-count target, or open the daily fortune screen, the App saves the value to localStorage inside the WebView on your own device.
• Via the ad provider — when the App loads or shows an ad through Google AdMob, the provider may collect an advertising identifier and device data under Google's own privacy policy.
• The App has no forms or input fields for personal information.

• Core functionality — remembering your saved preferences (text size, chant target, today's fortune) so you don't have to reset them every time you open the App.
• Serving ads — using the advertising identifier to show banner and interstitial ads via Google AdMob, the App's sole source of revenue that keeps it free.
• Connectivity checks — confirming the device is online before allowing a draw and before loading an ad.

We run no server of our own that stores user data, and we do not sell any information to third parties. Processing only happens through the following providers:

• Google AdMob / Google Play services — for showing ads and basic Play Services functionality on Android.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — to present the advertising consent form to users in the EEA and UK before ads load.
• Legal authorities — where required to comply with law, a court order, or a government request.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and processes data under its own standards.

The App shows banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob, which may use an advertising identifier to show ads relevant to your interests. For users in the EEA and UK, the App presents a consent form before any ad loads, via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), as required by Google's policies. You can turn off interest-based ad personalization at any time from your Android device's ad settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

The App requests only two device permissions: INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, used solely to confirm the device is online before allowing a draw and before loading an ad.

It does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, file storage, or notifications. There is no account system, no login, and no in-app purchases.

Your saved preferences and cached daily fortune result live entirely on your device (localStorage inside the WebView). We keep no server copy — this data disappears when you clear the App's storage or uninstall it.

The App loads its web content through a secure channel (a WebView asset loader) and does not permit unencrypted (cleartext) network traffic. That said, no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure.

• Delete your data — clear on-device data instantly via Settings > Apps > Sacred Number > Clear data/storage on your Android device, or by uninstalling the App.
• Withdraw ad consent — turn off interest-based ad personalization anytime via your device's Google ad settings.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements. Material changes will be announced through an app update or an in-app notice. The "Effective" date above always reflects the latest revision.
